Industrial Design \/ Design Patent<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Design is a form of intellectual property protection that concerns itself with the aesthetics of a product. It is solely for the protection of how the product looks like and not how it functions.<\/span><\/p>\n

These includes products such as lamps, phone cases, jewelleries, bottles, automobiles, and any other products that has a physical form, or a user interface for a software or application. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Safeguards available to your designs<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

These designs can be protected by registering them in the country you want to sell your product, or you know where your product will be of great value.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registered designs allow owners to prevent others from manufacturing, importing, using, selling or hiring the protected design product. <\/span><\/p>\n

Registering your design will also turn it into an asset which you can license out or sell it to an interested buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Protection of a design is a per country basis. If you have filed a registration in a country, for example, in US, it does not mean that your design is protected too in Japan. <\/span><\/p>\n

Consider carefully where you want to register your design as fees are different for each country. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

\u6709\u95dc\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u5728\u60a8\u8a08\u5283\u92b7\u552e\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u6216\u60a8\u8a8d\u70ba\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u54c1\u65bc\u7576\u5730\u5c07\u6703\u5177\u6709\u9f90\u5927\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\/\u5730\u5340\u9032\u884c\u8a3b\u518a\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8a3b\u518a\u5916\u89c0\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u8b93\u8a2d\u8a08\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u963b\u6b62\u4ed6\u4eba\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u3001\u92b7\u552e\u6216\u79df\u7528\u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u5916\u89c0\u8a2d\u8a08\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8a3b\u518a\u5916\u89c0\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e5f\u5c07\u628a\u5b83\u8b8a\u6210\u4e00\u7a2e\u8cc7\u7522\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u5176\u8ce6\u4e88\u8a31\u53ef\u6216\u51fa\u552e\u7d66\u6709\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u8cb7\u5bb6\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5916\u89c0\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u662f\u5730\u5340\u6027\u7684\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u60a8\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u8a3b\u518a\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
