APPLICATION PROCESS<\/h1>\n

As part of the requirements of obtaining patent\/utility model rights, a detailed description of the patent\/utility model should be prepared. The way a description should be drafted is that it should enable a reader to understand what is your patent\/utility model, and to teach how the patent\/utility model is made or used. However, not every bit of detail that is not relevant should be disclosed as it may be unnecessary and actually damaging to you. Thus, it is better to seek a professional draftsperson to prepare the specification, and especially the claims.<\/span><\/p>\n

It will also be an advantage to check what prior arts are out there so that you can be informed in deciding if you will pursue the patent application as it is costly and will take time for a certificate to be granted.<\/span><\/p>\n

DRAFTING, FILING, AND PROSECUTING<\/h1>\n

We offer a patent\/utility model specification, claims, abstract, and formal drawings drafting. <\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our service to the Filipino people, we offer a package of PHP40,000 covering our professional fees from drafting, filing, and prosecuting of a patent. This is exclusive of VAT, government fees, and bank charges (if any).<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, for utility models, we offer a package of PHP30,000 covering our professional fees from drafting, filing, and prosecuting of an utility model. This is exclusive of VAT, government fees, and bank charges (if any).<\/span><\/p>\n

For drafting only, our price ranges from PHP10,000 to PHP25,000 depending on the complexity of the patent\/utility model.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRIOR ART SEARCH<\/h1>\n

We offer search services to check what prior arts are out there that may be relevant to your patent\/utility model. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our search fee is PHP5,000 exclusive of VAT charges and bank transfer fee (if any). In this service, we will provide you with what is generally provided in the prior arts.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you will require a simple analysis of the prior arts together with the search, we have a package of PHP10,000 exclusive of VAT charges and bank transfer charges (if any). <\/span><\/p>\n
