    Design Renewal<\/h2>\n

    In order to preserve the continuity and validity of your registered design for a further period of 5 years, a request for 1st extension must be made before the deadline as mentioned above. Generally, a registered design could be valid for up to 25 years from the filing date and a renewal request must be made every five years.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      Our fees for filing a Singapore registered design renewal is as follows:<\/h3>\n
      \n\t\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
      Protection for a registered design lasts for an initial period of 5 years from the date of filing the application.\n

      The registration may however be renewed every 5 years up to a maximum of 15 years, subject to the payment of renewal fees.<\/p>\n

      If no renewal is made, the registration will be removed from the register. It can be restored, subject to the payment of a restoration fee and renewal fee, within the prescribed period.<\/p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
