    Design Renewal<\/h2>\n

    In order to preserve the continuity and validity of your registered design for a further period of 5 years, a request for 1st extension must be made before the deadline as mentioned above. Generally, a registered design could be valid for up to 25 years from the filing date and a renewal request must be made every five years.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
