Below is the PAG application procedure:

    1QUALIFIED APPLICANT

    -HK limited company or HK permanent resident who hasn’t owned a patent before

    2PATENT SPECIFICATION DRAFTING（RECOMMEND）

    -Write a patent specification as required by the first application.
    -A complete patent specification will facilitate the acquisition of more valuable search reports.

    3.1OBTAIN THE OFFICIAL SEARCH REPORT

    3.2Submit the first patent application （RECOMMEND）

    -Submit your application as early as possible to obtain an earlier application date and prevent missing deadline.

    3.3APPLY FOR PAG

    -Funding up to HK$250，000
    -Examination for 4-6 months

    4APPROVED BY ITC

    -90% costs covered by PAG

    5PROCEED WITH PATENT APPLICATION
